Two talks. One evening in Lagos. Real things you could try the next morning.
On May 21, LEDEX Events came to Lagos for an evening on what the Claude platform can actually do beyond the chat window - and what a working AI workflow built from scratch looks like in practice.
LEDEX Events brings together business owners and managers from across the Algarve to explore practical ways to use AI and digital tools in their work. Each event has two focused presentations and space to connect with others working through the same questions.
For Whom
- Business owners who want to understand what Claude can do beyond answering questions
- Entrepreneurs looking to cut hours of repetitive tasks from their week
- Anyone curious about AI tools that don't require coding or technical setup
- Content creators and marketers looking to automate their production workflow
- Managers who want to leave with something they can try on Monday
What Was Covered
Tiago Nicho from Lead4Grow walked through the full Claude platform - Cowork, Skills, Connectors, Artifacts, and the Chrome add-on - showing what each one does and how to start using it without any technical background.
Augustas Kligys closed with a live demo of the YouTube workflow he built with Claude Code, taking a publish-ready video fully live on YouTube in under 2 minutes - running it on a real video in the room.
Agenda
Doors opened at 17:30 for an early arrival - drinks, hamburgers, and a chance to meet a few people before the talks.
Most people use Claude as a smart chatbot. Tiago walked through what it looks like when you give it real work: the Cowork desktop app for handling files and daily tasks, Skills (processes Claude follows on command), Connectors (linking Claude to your tools and data), Artifacts (apps and dashboards you can build without code), and the Claude Add-on for Chrome. No technical background needed.
Augustas spent a year paying a freelancer to handle everything after filming: thumbnails, descriptions, timestamps, titles - about 90 minutes of work per video. He replaced that with a system built in Claude Code that takes 2 minutes of his input. He walked through how he designed it - the decisions, the dead ends, what finally worked - then ran it live on a real video in the room.
